York Designer Outlet are striving to create a more comfortable shopping experience for our guests with autism.
Our Autism Mornings will take place every Tuesday between 9.30am-11am.
During these times our stores will lower their lighting where possible, the volume of music in-store and on our malls will be lowered and tannoy announcements will only be made when necessary for health & safety updates.
If you need some additional space, our guest lounge is located on the east adjacent to Starbucks.
If you need any assistance during your visit, our guest experience team our located next to the south entrance.
