1. To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. By claiming the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   1. The prize entitles you to x1 Beauty Constellation Box which must be claimed in The Cosmetics Company Store at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks.
   2. We’re unable to offer an alternative product or cash.
3. This prize must be claimed by the 30th April 2019 and the prize must be redeemed on a weekday. 
4. Only one prize will be given away.
5. To enter the promotion, you just need to comment on the Facebook post.
6. The competition closes on 29th March at 13:00.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
8. The prize can only be collected in person at the The Cosmetics Company Outlet Store at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks (ID Required).
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
11. This promotion is not open to:
    • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
    • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
    • members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
12. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prize being lost, mislaid, damaged once the recipient has collected from the The Cosmetics Company Outlet Store at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, regardless of cause. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

    1. The prize is as stated on the competition copy on Facebook. An alternative product of equal value may be offered if stock becomes unavailable for any reason.
    2. The prize draw will take place as per the dates and times written in the offer.
    3. Any images contained within the competition post are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact prize or stock present in store.
    4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age will be required. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
    5. The winner will be drawn at random and Centre Management's decision is final.
    6. The winner will be contacted within 2 working days of the closing date. The winners must collect their prize from The Cosmetics Company Cheshire Oaks store – this is to be confirmed with the winner once they have been contacted through Facebook on their post.
    7. The winner will have to collect their prize from the store at Cheshire Oaks. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly picked from the entries received within the competition date. The original winner will be notified before another replacement winner is picked. The first winner will also be notified and contacted via social media if they have failed to acknowledge their prize.
    8. Entries can only be accepted via Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Facebook page.
    9. Employees, their families, its retailers and any other associated with either party may not be permitted to enter this competition.
