Non-EU citizens can make their shopping experience even more rewarding by receiving a tax refund on all products purchased in participating stores at McArthurGlen Roubaix. All you need to do is:

Visit Guest Services with all your receipts where we will process your tax refund on-site. When you are at the airport and about to leave the European Union, show customs officials your purchases, your receipts and your passport. They will validate the refund. 

To be eligible you must:

• Is done over 3 consecutive days (from the 1st purchase
• 100.01€ minimum
• Must have a valid passport

Our customer service advisors will always be available to inform you. Find them at the reception at the entrance of our Center.

Enjoy a well-deserved gourmet break in one of our cafés and restaurants. A wide choice of culinary specialties is offered to you, make you happy there is something for all tastes.

Our Center is accessible to people with reduced mobility and fully equipped accordingly. Wheelchairs are available at the reception. 

Cybex strollers are available at the reception of our Center in order to facilitate the day of you and your children, an identity document or a deposit check can be asked to you.

Need to charge your phone? Several options are available to you :

• A mobile charger loan is available. To do this, go to the reception of your Center; a deposit of 10 € will be required to obtain the charger. Return it before closing the center and collect your deposit. Loan against ID card.

In our parking, a spot is available to park your bike.

Your dog is welcome on the Center. For safety reasons your pet should be kept on a leash in all parts of the Center. Dogs are only accepted in certain shops. Important: Do not leave your pet in your car.

An ATM is available on our Centre, so that you can choose your payment method. Our distributor is located near the Farinella Restaurant.

The car park provides chargers for your electric cars.
