This promotion is not open to: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
15. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media account
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, mislaid, damaged once the recipient has collected from The Works store, regardless of cause.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
