WIN dinner for 4 Competition Terms and Conditions

 

It is a condition of entry that the entrant will be deemed to have accepted all rules, terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

Who may enter:

  1. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Competition.

 

  1. Entries to this Competition are limited to one per person. Any additional entries made will be discounted.

 

How to enter:

  1. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  2. This Competition is open from 21st November 2018 to 30th November 2018
  3. To enter comment on York Designer Outlets Facebook page with your favourite festive pizza.

 

The Prize:

 

  1. There is one prize available to win: “WIN dinner for 4”*
    • *The prize is a PizzaExpress gift card topped up with £100  worth of credit.
      • The gift card will expire:
  1. 6 months after its issue date if you do not redeem any of its value or top it up during that period

 

Other Terms

 

  1. The winner will be selected by York Designer Outlet, and notified by York Designer Outlet. The winner must respond to York Designer Outlet with 28 days of being notified and supply contact details for the gift card to be sent to

 

  1. If a winner is not able for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted by the Promoter within seven (7) days of the first attempt to notify them, the Promoter then reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.  Failure to claim a prize by the time or in the manner specified will make the claim invalid. 

 

  1. Any prize won as part of this Promotion must be accepted as granted. No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted.

 

  1. Please note that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering into this Promotion, you acknowledge that Facebook have no responsibility for this Competition and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Competition.

 

  1. Entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and submitted entries for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration during and after this Competition.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and in so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to entrants or otherwise as a result of the Competition; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. any claim or entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
    3. use of the reward. The Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Competition or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by any event(s) outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).

 

  1. This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prize and/or offer), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
