Castel Romano Designer Outlet is proud to offer a video call service with a remote interpreter in Italian Sign Language (LIS) with the aim of ensuring greater accessibility to stores and services for the deaf community.

The service is free, immediate, accessible 7 days a week, including holidays, from 9 am to 9 pm.

Deaf customers can use the LIS video-interpreting service, simply by scanning the QR-Codes in our boutique and at Guest Services with a tablet or smartphone. The aim of the service is to offer a more inclusive shopping experience, thanks to simpler, more professional and accessible communication between the staff of the boutiques and the deaf customer.
