The Management will not be held responsible under any circumstances for physical or property damage.
• Play Land complies with the opening and closing hours of the Centre.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Access is not allowed to people with balls, scooters, bicycles, skateboards and any other items that may endanger other people’s safety.
• Keep off the flower beds and do not leave waste on the ground.
• Do not bring personal furniture (chairs, deckchairs, stools, tables or any other items brought from outside).
• Dogs on lead are allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.

The Management reserves the right to send off people not complying with the Rules.

FLORA’S BABY PARK RULES – SHORT VERSION
Flora’s Baby Park Rules
• Access is allowed to children from 2 to 8 years of age.
• The hourly fee is €5,00 for children (the maximum duration of each stay is 2 hours). The minimum fee is €5,00.
• Last access is 30 minutes before closing time.
• In order for a child to be admitted, they must be accompanied by an adult.
• It is not allowed to wear shoes.
• It is not allowed to bring personal toys and items.
• It is not allowed to eat/drink inside.
• Smoking is not allowed.

The Management may temporarily suspend the admission of children in case crowding may be prejudicial to the Guests’ safety.

A full version of these Rules must be signed by the accompanying adult upon the child’s admission to Flora’s Baby Park.

FLORA’S BABY PARK RULES – FULL VERSION
Flora’s Baby Park Rules
These Rules govern admittance to and use of the area of the Serravalle Designer Outlet, which is at disposal of Guests and their children, with qualified staff.
• Access is allowed to children from 2 to 8 years of age. If the child’s age is uncertain or doubtful, staff may ask for an identity document; failing this, access will be denied.
• The hourly fee is €5.00 for children, for a maximum duration of the stay of 2 hours. Last access is 30 minutes before closing time. The minimum fee is €5,00.
• In order for a child to be admitted, they must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must:
o Fill in the specially provided form entering all data required,
o Give staff a mobile phone number;
o Ensure their presence inside the Centre and be available at any time.
• Accompanying parents/adults declare that the child does not have any contagious diseases, allergies or pathologies, nor does he/she have any specific needs that may make the access or activities in the area dangerous or inadvisable, undertaking, in any other case, to immediately inform the staff before entry.

• The accompanying parent/adult is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of information and data declared.
• Admittance staff record the child’s personal data and the time of access to the area.
• Children must be taken back 15 minutes before Flora’s Baby Park closing.
• The adult taking back the child must be the same who accompanied them upon entrance. If it is not possible, the accompanying adult must enter in the admission form the name and surname of an adult authorized to take back the child.
• Staff will authorize the child to be taken back on presentation of a valid identity document by the appointed adult. Failing this, staff will not give back the child and will contact the accompanying adult.

We accept no liability in relation to the above, and this is also with reference to any injury or damage caused to property or persons (including other children).
• Insurance and accidents:
o Registered children are insured against any accidents occurred in the area, in the area garden or during any educational trips.
o The insurance does not cover the breaking of glasses or any part of them.
o In case of accident, the educators will promptly inform the child’s family and, if necessary, call an ambulance for transport to the hospital without waiting for the parents. For these emergencies, staff must have all the parents’ contact details.
• In any case, accompanying parents/adults who do not comply with the rules and/or provide false data are punishable by law.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Accompanying adults are not admitted inside Flora’s Baby Park.
• It is not allowed to deposit pushchairs.
• Children are not allowed to enter with shoes.
• Flora’s Baby Park staff accept no responsibility for shoes, jackets and personal belongings left in the “Welcome Area”.
• Staff reserve the right to send off or deny access to children whose behaviour endangers tranquillity of the area and/or of other children or if they find (without having any obligations to do so) that health and hygiene conditions are prejudicial to other children.
• Access to the area is allowed also to children wearing nappies, but we remind accompanying adults that qualified staff do not change nappies.
• Children are not allowed to deposit any clothing inside Flora’s Baby Park; no clothing and accessories can be deposited with the reception.
• Any dangerous and personal accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings or any other items that management staff consider dangerous and personal must be taken off from the child.
• It is not allowed to bring personal toys in.
• Wearing jewels is not allowed in the area.
• It is not allowed to bring food and drink/eat/drink inside Flora’s Baby Park.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Personal data will be processed in compliance with regulations on privacy in force.

The Management may temporarily suspend the admission of children in case crowding may be prejudicial to the Guests’ safety.

In case of calamity or other cases of force majeure, or when security needs or other reasons of necessity occur, the area may be closed.

LELE’S AQUA PARK – SHORT VERSION
Lele’s Aqua Park Rules
• Access to the park is allowed to kids from 3 to 17 years of age.
• The first 30 minutes are free of charge. After the first 30 minutes, starting from passing through the turnstile, the hourly fee is €5.00
• Access to Aqua Park is allowed only to guests with suitable equipment: swimwear, swimming pool footwear with non-slip sole, towel or bathrobe.
• At least an adult and up to two adults shall stay inside Aqua Park to supervise their child.
• Adults are admitted to the pool but are not allowed to use the fixtures.
• No pets are allowed inside Aqua Park.
• Smoking is not allowed.

The Management may temporarily suspend the admission of guests in case crowding may be prejudicial to the Guests’ safety.
A full version of these Rules must be signed by the Guests upon admission to Lele’s Aqua Park.

• Access to the park is allowed to kids from 3 to 17 years of age.
• The first 30 minutes are free of charge. After the first 30 minutes, starting from passing through the turnstile, the hourly fee is €5.00
• Access to Aqua Park is allowed only to guests with swimming pool footwear with non-slip sole, swimwear, towel or bathrobe.
• Guests are allowed to undress and get dressed only inside the specially provided locker rooms. Personal belongings should be left in the lockers in the locker room area.
• Before getting into the water, guests are required to take a shower and sanitize their feet by going through the footbath at the exit of the bathrooms/locker rooms.
• At least an adult and up to two adults shall stay inside Aqua Park to supervise their child.
• Adults are admitted to the pool but are not allowed to use the fixtures.
• It is not allowed to bring any items, equipment (lilos, rubber rings, water wings, spades) and any kind of personal toys inside Aqua Park.
• It is recommended not to bring any valuable items (mobile phones, wallets, handbags, jewels, etc.) into Aqua Park.
• No pets are allowed inside Aqua Park.
• Eating and drinking is allowed only in the specially provided areas.
• Smoking is not allowed.

The Management may temporarily suspend the admission of bathers in case crowding may be prejudicial to the Guests’ safety.
A full version of these Rules must be signed by the Guests upon admission to Lele’s Aqua Park.

Instructions for opening/closing lockers:
• Put your personal belongings into the locker and close the door.
• Draw the wristband up to the door. A beep will confirm the closure.
• In order to open the locker, draw the wristband to the door again.

If you forget the position of your locker, ask the Reception desk at the entrance.

• Guests are allowed to undress and get dressed only inside the specially provided locker rooms. Personal belongings should be left in the lockers in the locker room area.
• Before getting into the water, guests are required to take a shower and sanitize their feet by going through the footbath at the exit of the bathrooms/locker rooms.
• Speaking loudly, making a din and diving is not allowed.
• Children are not allowed to swim, climb up and run in the whole Aqua Park area.
• Before getting into the water, throw any candies and chewing-gums into the specially provided waste containers.
• At least an adult and up to two adults shall stay inside Aqua Park to supervise their child.
• Adults are admitted to the pool but are not allowed to use the fixtures.
• It is not allowed to take any items, equipment (lilos, rubber rings, water wings, spades) and any kind of personal toys inside Aqua Park.
• It is recommended not to bring any valuable items (mobile phones, wallets, handbags, jewels, etc.) into Aqua Park.

The Management, through the staff, may send off people whose behaviour disturbs order and public morals or who contravene the Rules undersigned upon admission.
All Guests are required to comply with these Rules, safety regulations and Lele’s Aqua Park staff directions.
Entrance involves acceptance of and compliance with the following rules. Guests failing to comply with the rules will be immediately sent off.
• Guests are required to abide by normal social rules, be respectful towards other guests, not damage the reputation of Lele’s Aqua Park, which reserves – at its own discretion – the right to send off Guests without any repayment obligation.
• Guests shall comply with the official opening and closing hours displayed at the entrance.
• Access to the areas is allowed only to Guests provided with an access pass (wristband). It is compulsory to always keep the access pass, which is personal and non-transferable, including for checks that may be carried out by staff. Aqua Park staff are authorized to deny access and send off people without pass. In case of loss, the wristband has a cost of € 10.00 to be paid at the Reception desk.
• Each pass shall correspond to the individual recorded at the entrance. Otherwise, the pass will be taken back by Reception staff.
• Daily admittance does not give Guests the right to leave and re-enter the park: in order to re-enter the park after leaving it, admission shall be paid again.
• Access to Aqua Park is allowed to kids from 3 to 17 years of age.
• Up to two adults can enter the area to accompany their child.
• At least an adult shall stay in Aqua Park with the child.
• The first 30 minutes are free. After the first 30 minutes, starting from passing through the turnstile, the hourly fee is €5.00.

In any case, access to and use of the area and whatever included in the area, and in general any behaviour or activities therein, are the sole responsibility of the Guests (and, in the case of children, of parents and/or adults accompanying them). Under no circumstances shall the landlord of the Centre (and the Company that manages it) and/or the Management be liable for any event, accident, damage, occurrence, or any other consequences, during the stay in the area, as well as during the relative phases of entry and exit.
It is absolutely forbidden to leave children unattended.
In order to ensure all Guests a quiet and pleasant stay, respecting personal calm and safety, the Management reserves the right, also through its designees, to:
• Send off people whose behaviour disturbs order and public morals or who, with noise, dangerous games or other behaviours, endanger other Guests’ safety and peace or the smooth performance of the service.
• Send off people whose behaviour is at odds with health and hygiene rules.
• It is recommended not to bring and, in any case, to take care of one’s own valuable items (mobile phones, wallets, handbags, jewels, watches, money, etc.). Aqua Park assumes no liability for the loss of any personal belongings or any thefts, including of items left in the lockers, which shall be secured by Guests themselves.
• Aqua Park’s staff reserves the right to send off children and parents and/or adults accompanying them in case their behaviour endangers other Guests’ tranquillity. We remind parents that the pools are not toilets. Younger children shall be accompanied to the bathroom before getting into the water or wear swimming nappies. Aqua Park’s Management assumes no liability for children left unattended.
• Eating and drinking inside Aqua Park is allowed only in the specially provided area. Eating and drinking is forbidden in any other areas. Aqua Part’s staff is authorized to send off people contravening this rule.
• Shaving is not allowed; using any toiletries outside the locker rooms is not allowed.
• For safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring any personal items and equipment (lilos, rubber rings, water wings, buckets, spades and any kind of personal toys).
• For pool edge hygiene reasons, only clogs, flipflops, plastic or rubber swimming pool footwear with non-slip sole are allowed; any other kinds of footwear are allowed only in the locker rooms and entrance areas.
• Guests are allowed to undress and get dressed only in the locker rooms, where it is forbidden to stay beyond normal dressing, showering and hair drying time. Clothes and personal belongings shall be put in the locker room lockers.
• Guests are required to promptly inform Aqua Park’s staff of any facility damage, anomaly or inadequacy.
• Any damage caused to equipment, systems and the facility due to negligence or failure to comply with the provisions of these Rules and/or ordinary conduct shall be paid immediately and, in any case, before leaving Aqua Park.
• Admission to the pools is allowed only to guests provided with suitable equipment, in particular: clean swimming pool footwear with non-slip sole, swimwear, bathrobe or towel.
• Before getting into the water, guests are required to take a shower and sanitize their feet by going through the footbath at the exit of the bathrooms/locker rooms.
• Before getting into the water, candies and chewing-gums shall be thrown into the specially provided waste containers.
• Pets are not allowed in any area of Aqua Park.

In any case, it is forbidden to:
• Smoke.
• Run in the whole Aqua Park area.
• Dive or play dangerous games or games that may be a nuisance to other guests; swim with flippers, underwater masks or other potentially dangerous items; play ball inside the pool, at the pool edge and in common areas.
• Bring and use underwater video cameras or cameras or diving equipment, unless previously authorized by service staff.
• Bring glass, electrical or generally dangerous items inside the poolside.
• Eat and drink on the poolside and make a mess and throw rubbish, or any kind of items, on the whole area, outside the specially provided containers.
• Have cut lunch and snacks in non-specifically provided areas.
• Skip footbaths.
• Grab showerheads and other holds in the shower room.
• Bring gym equipment and other items.
• Commit acts which are in violation of health and hygiene rules and sense of decorum that endanger other Guests’ peace and tranquillity.
• Shower without swimwear or move about or stay without swimwear in the locker rooms or showers.
• Wear topless swimsuits.
• Spill any kind of liquid into the pool or on the surrounding area.
• Cleanse any wounds in the pool; guests are required to go to the toilet before getting into the water.
• Play violent or dangerous games.
• Dirty or damage equipment in any manner.
• Speak loudly, make a din and dive.
• Bring pets.
• Entering the swimming pool is not allowed to people with wounds, including not serious ones, abrasions, injuries or skin changes of suspiciously infectious nature (warts, dermatitis, mycosis, etc.), bandaging with plasters and bandages.
• Children are not allowed to swim and climb up; adults are not allowed to use the fixtures.

In general, Guests are required to:
• comply with the directions given by bathing attendants or, more generally, Lele’s Aqua Park staff (bathing attendants or staff may temporarily change the conduct rules, if needed).
• behave correctly, fully respecting other people’s freedom.
• throw waste into the specially provided litterbins.

It is advisable:
• not to bathe before 3 hours from the last meal.
• not to bathe if hot or after prolonged exposure to sunlight.

The Management may temporarily suspend guest admission in the following cases:
• Aqua Park crowding that may be prejudicial to the Guests’ safety.
• need and urgency to perform interventions to restore functions.


In case of calamity or other cases of force majeure, or when security needs or other reasons of necessity occur, the area may be closed.
