SHOPPING TAX-FREE
Guests visiting from outside the EU can receive a tax refund on their purchases.
To shop tax-free with us you must:
1) Be a permanent resident outside the EU
2) Depart the EU within 90 days of your purchase
3) Spend a minimum of €100.01 in the same store on the same day
Follow these steps:
1) Come to Guest Services to get the list of the stores participating at the Centralized Tax Refund.
2) Ask our friendly store staff or our Guest Experience Team to help you with the tax refund, by providing each receipt.
3) You get a prevalidation.
Present your validated forms and passport at the refund desks in Centre or at the airport.
4) Validate your forms before leaving the EU.
Present your receipts, completed tax refund forms, passport and purchases at the airport customs desk/self-service kiosk before you check in.
5) You are Refunded
