Our Guest Service Advisors can't wait to brighten up your day with outstanding service in our new Guest Services Terminal, located next to the Nike entrance.

We are excited to welcome you again to Designer Outlet Roermond and especially in our new and improved Guest Services. With 240 square metres, the new Guest Services provides sufficient space and social distance options. Upon entering, you will find a brand new interior design and a digital queuing system to guide you to our Guest Services advisors who are happy to assist you with any questions. In this new location, we also offer extra services such as (Tax-Free) shipping, hands-free shopping and gift wrapping for example. Also still available are lockers, an ATM, mobile phone chargers, wheelchairs and much more. We look forward to see you again soon.
