Swindon Designer Outlet understands that guests with additional sensory and neurological needs may find visiting our centre a daunting experience.

To help support guests’ visits, we offer sensory packs that have been selected with key sensory items to offer children and adults a broad range of sensory opportunities and therapeutic benefits. The pack has been designed to support people living with a wide range of neurodivergent needs who are likely to benefit from sensory resources to make their shopping experience more enjoyable.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE BACKPACKS?

Our sensory packs come pre-packed with:

-  A pair of ear defenders to help with noise sensitivity.
-  Sunglasses for light sensitivity.
-  A varity of fiddle toys to keep their hands busy and relieve stress.

HOW TO HIRE:

Our sensory packs are available to hire free of charge* from Guest Services (located opposite at the North entrance).

Sensory packs can be pre-booked through our Guest Experience team via email (enquiries@swindondesigneroutlet.com) or telephone (+44 1793 507600).

*A £20 refundable deposit will be required upon hiring a sensory pack.
