Our centre has also been certified with the Bureau Veritas SafeGuard COVID-19 certification as a place to shop safely, and each of our stores will be subject to the highest health and safety measures to keep you well. You'll also find sanitising stations throughout the centre for you to use.
Health & Safety Measures:
Keep Clean
Good hygiene is key to minimising the spread of this virus, so we are increasing cleaning in public areas and providing hand sanitisers throughout the centre.
Face Covering
Face coverings are highly encouraged throughout the centre.
Contactless Payments
If you can, please use contactless payment options, some stores will not be able to accept cash payments.
We recommend that you use our timetable to plan your visit for quieter periods. Our quietest times to visit are before 11am or after 4pm Monday - Friday.
Quiet:
This is our quietest and recommended time to shop, it is unlikely that there will queues at our stores tills and fitting rooms.
Moderate:
The centre is moderately busy. Some of our stores may still restrict visitor numbers into store so you may have a small wait at some of our most popular brands.
Busy:
Today we expect large visitor numbers, we may restrict visitors numbers into our centre and/or stores to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests and employees. Our dedicated Door Attendants & Traffic Management Team will be here to support entry when it’s safe to.
