By Car
Swindon Designer Outlet is conveniently located for easy access from the M4 motorway, at junction 16.
To find us using Sat Nav, enter Kemble Drive (SN2 2NA) for the North car park or Penzance Drive (SN5 7JL) for the West car park.
The bus lane next to our West car park should NOT be used. Cameras are in use and fines will be issued by Swindon Borough Council.
Please note our car park system is now ticketless. You will need to enter your registration on exit at the payment machines to pay. Our car park fees are free for the first 30 minutes then £2 for up to 5 hours, £12 thereafter. Free parking when you spend £100 or more. Please visit guest services or security when you leave the centre to show your receipts and they will log your registration number. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking or issue refunds for unvalidated parking after you have left the centre. T&C'S apply, click here for more.
Blue Badge Holders
We are pleased to offer all Blue Badge holders the option to add your vehicle registration to our ANPR database. Doing so will allow you free parking without the need to use our payment machines during your visit.
If you would like to take advantage of this, please provide your consent for us to obtain your information by contacting Guest Services via email at Swindon.Community@mcarthurglen.com.
Motor Homes & Large Vehicles

Swindon train station is just a 15-minute walk away from Swindon Designer Outlet. There are direct services from London, South West England and South Wales.

Direct coach services to Swindon Bus Station are operated daily by National Express, departing from London Victoria, Oxford, Northampton, Brackley, Bristol, Gloucester & more. Please click here to book your visit with National Express.

Walking & Cycling
Swindon Designer Outlet is located a convenient 15 minute walk from both the Rail Station and the Town Centre, with way markings highlighting all routes.
The Swindon cycle route map can be located below for those who wish to visit us by bike. Please note that Swindon Designer Outlet has cycle parking available to all cyclist, located in the North A Car Park. Utilising these facilities will be at cyclist’s own responsibility.
Group Visit

Disabled Access
Changing Places facilities are also available in the toilet block nearest to the play area by Jack Wills to support families and carers of disabled people. These facilities provide the required space and equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist for safety and comfort.
The Changing Places facilities can be accessed with a RADAR kevia, an intercom at the door that links to our security team.
Disabled toilets can be accessed with RADAR keys. There are spare RADAR keys on site if required; just speak to a member of the centre team at the guest service desk or security office located by the side of both entrances who can advise.
Please note that dogs, except for assistance dogs, are not permitted inside the centre.
