TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Breakfast with Santa is a free event hosted in 200 degrees coffee in collaberation with McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet.
Promotion is governed by these general terms and conditions.
Duration and entry
The promotion will run at the centre on 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 19th, 21st and 23rd December 2022 from 8.30 am to 9.15am. Entry to Breakfast with Santa is by pre-booking only and entry will be allowed to only booked customers.
How to book
1.1 Participation in Breakfast with Santa event is free of any charge and is open to book online only.
Booking is by online only, with only 15 available slots available to be booked per day. Each booking is for one-child per adult. Pre-booking is only allowed for entry to event.
Entrance and participation in the Event are subject to the acceptance of these general terms and conditions and personal data of the recipients will be processed in accordance with McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet privacy policy.

- ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Legal residents of the participating countries who have reached the age of 18 y.o. are eligible to book a slot for the Event. The Event is for private purposes only.
2.2. In order to participate in the Event, the recipient must fully comply with these general terms and conditions, and the recipient agrees to be bound by these general terms and conditions and the decisions of McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects.
2.3. In order to participate, participants must be of good-health and should not have a positive-COVID-19. Health & Safety regulations will be in place to ensure the event is run in a secure environment.
PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Any processing of personal data provided by recipients in connection with participation in the Breakfast with Santa Event will be used for administration of the Event only and is subject to McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outletr Privacy Policy.
3.2. By participating in the event, the participant agrees to be filmed / photographed during the event
MISCELLANEOUS
4.1. McArthurGlen East Midlands reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the event that any time if any unforeseen circumstances arise, where as the event cannot take place. McArthurGlen East Midlands will:
(a) Any cancellations will be communicated to pre-booked recipitents via email or phone as soon as possible
(b) Any new dates for Breakfast with Santa will not be published due to the strict time period of Santa's work schedule.
CANCELLATION
5.1 In the event of a cancellation, the operator (McArthurGlen) will contact customers with bookings prior to the event start date via email.
5.2 The operator will try to accomodate any cancellations but due to the amount of bookings on other dates, this may not be possible.
5.3 There will be no refunds due to the event being a free event
