The Guest Services Team is happy to dedicate itself to making your visit to the outlet as enjoyable and efficient as possible.

• Planning your day: are you thinking of spending a nice day in our outlet and city centre of Chester? Please feel free to email us and we will be very happy to think with you about the details for your itinerary.
• Book certain services: you can book different services with us! So feel free to let us know if you are looking for a wheelchair or baby stroller.
• Wayfinding: don't know exactly where to find a specific store or service? We have the maps, walking routes and tips to help you find what you're looking for faster.
• Feedback: did you enjoy your shopping day? Or was there perhaps something less enjoyable? Tell us! Your feedback is of great value and helps us improve.
• Gift Cards: can't decide on the perfect gift? Our Gift Card is it! We are happy to activate a Gift Card for you and also wrap it nicely.
