Mowgli is all about the way Indians eat in the privacy of their home kitchens and at their favourite street stalls. Distinctive for her golden fairy light twinkle, her trees hung with ropes and twines, and the clatter of tiffin tins stacked with family recipes – Mowgli was inspired by Nisha's grandmother's temple side home in Varanasi, India, and builds her restaurants as a home from home.

"It's a place to kick back with friends and family, two and four-legged, as we have a passion for the things that matter to you!" says Nisha.

"I'm full of enthusiasm; for every Mowgli, we create jobs for local foodies, aim to raise over £500k per year for charity and sponsor a child in need for every full-time employee. Everything is cooked fresh by our team of local chefs every morning, and every day, we know we are only as good as our last curry. We hope diners will love Mowgli's passion for healthy, fresh Indian food.".

Mowgli exists to enrich lives in the cities they go to. The Mowgli Trust has raised almost £2 million for local and global causes, ensuring that every restaurant partners with a local charity to fulfil its mission of giving back to the community.
Nisha continues, "To make Bridgend truly our home, we will adopt  Tŷ Hafan as our local house charity recommended by those who dine with us, to whom we will dedicate our time and resources".
