PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective 2nd September - 29th September 2024

  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in your chosen Outlet’s QR code prize draw promotion (the “McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw”). The operator of the McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw is McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford, Kimberley Way, Ashford,TN24 0SD (“we” or “us” or the “Operator”).
  2. You must have a Registered McArthurGlen Club Account in order to participate in the McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw.
  3. The McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  4. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you, the competition entrant, confirm that you are not sanctioned in accordance with sanctions laws in the United Kingdom, European Union or Canada. 
  5. In order to enter the McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw, you must scan a participating brand’s QR code, which will be available in participating brand stores. You may scan as many different participating brand QR codes as you wish.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, you need only scan a participating brand’s QR code once to enter into that Outlet’s McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw. Each scan of a different participating brand’s QR code will count as a separate entry. Scanning  the same participating brand’s QR code multiple times will only constitute as a single entry.  
  7. A brand will be a considered a ‘participating brand’ for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions where they have a McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw QR code available for you to scan in the brand store. For the avoidance of doubt, if a QR code is not displayed in store, this brand will not be participating in this promotion.   Please refer to your McArthurGlen Club Wallet for a list of brands participating in this promotion at your chosen Outlet.
  8. You may enter the prize draw from 09:00 am on 4th September 2023 until the last day of entry, 20:00 (GMT) on 1st October 2023.  This McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw will close at 20:00 (GMT) on the last day of entry (“Closing Date”).
  9. For each McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw per Outlet, the winner will receive a £250.00 McArthurGlen Gift Card to be spent at your chosen Outlet. Please note that the McArthurGlen Gift Card is subject to separate terms and conditions.
  10. The Operator reserves the right to replace the McArthurGlen Gift Card with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Operator’s control make it necessary to do so.
  11. A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer within 7 (seven) days the Closing Date. A winner will be contacted by the Guest Services Team by the email address provided when they registered their McArthurGlen Club Account; they will have 7 (seven) days’ to respond to the Guest Services Team and 30 (thirty) days’ to collect their prize thereafter. If a winner does not respond and/or collect their prize within these timeframes, a new winner will be chosen.
  12. For the avoidance of doubt, you may enter a McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw in as many UK Outlets as you wish. However, winners must be available to attend that UK Outlet in person to collect their prize. 
  13. The Operator and any participating brand employees are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
  14. The Operator accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  15. The Operator Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. The Operator Gift Card is only redeemable at any McArthurGlen Outlet within the UK.
  16. The decision of the Operator regarding any aspect of the McArthurGlen Club Prize Draw is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered.
  17. The Operator must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Operator will send the surname and county of major prize winners and confirmation of the number of valid QR entries, to anyone who e-mails guestservices@ashforddesigneroutlet.com or writes to Designer Outlet Ashford Kimberley Way, Ashford TN24 0SD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 (one) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and/or county being published or made available, please send an e-mail to guestservices@ashforddesigneroutlet.com or write to the address set out earlier in this paragraph 16. In such circumstances, the Operator must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award prizes, to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Operator, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the taking up of a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Operator, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  21. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy, which you can view here.
    22. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
