Non-EU citizens can make their shopping experience even more rewarding and cost-effective by receiving a tax refund on all products purchased in participating stores at McArthurGlen Designer Outlets.

All you need to do is: 

Visit the Tax Refund Office within the outlet centre with all your receipts, staff will then process your tax refund on-site; 

If the centre does not have an in-centre tax refund office, when you are at the airport, about to leave the European Union, show the customs officials your receipts, purchases, and passport. They will validate your refund. This could take some time at the airport, so please allow enough time before departure.
