Our doors for shopping are open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm. Saturday and Sunday the doors are open from 9am to 9pm.

During the summer period, there is even more time to shop.

At Designer Outlet Roermond you can park your car for only €6.50 per day on one of our car parking spaces (P1/P2/P3). P3 is our multi-storey car parking garage where your car is protected of sun and rain. Payment can be done throughout the day at all payment machines. Once the ticket is paid the system will recognize your number plate and therefor open the barrier automatically when leaving. Within the first half hour parking is free of charge and you can leave our premises without putting the ticket into our payment terminals. ​

For just €12.50 per day, you can book and reserve our premium parking spaces close to our main entrance at Guest Services and receive a range of additional benefits, which you will receive on presentation of your reservation at Guest Services.

Charge your electric car on our designated parking spaces with charging stations while you shop. These stations are located on our Parking P1, P2 and our Premium Parking.

These ‘Blink’-charging stations can be activated by scanning various internationally known charging cards or by scanning the QR code on the station for a direct payment. By scanning the QR code you are also informed with the prices of the charging of your car.

You can browse the internet free of charge throughout the Centre with the “Roermond Free WiFi” network. Register to our McArthurGlen Club and start browsing.

Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities to change diapers and provide breast-feeding to your baby. The Guest Services info desk offers free diapers on request in case you have forgotten these at home or when the vending machines on locations are empty.​
We offer buggies for your little ones (up to 22 kg). You can ask for these at Guest Services and reserve them here; rent is free of charge but we will ask for a deposit of €100.

There are 4 self-service kiosks available that provide portable phone chargers; at our Guest Services, at the Burger Federation and in the toilets next to Armani and the toilets at Polo Ralph Lauren.​

Follow the instructions on the screens of the kiosks and you can take the charger with you. ​

It's free of charge, unless you won't return the charger.

The Centre is overall wheelchair friendly on one level. Ramps and elevators are available to access levels higher-up- We have dedicated wheelchair parking spaces on all three parking compartments which are located conveniently close to the entrances of the center. On our premises we are equipped with disabled access toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. ​

You can also borrow a wheelchair at the Guest Services nearby the entrance Nike for free with a deposit of €50,-. ​

Your four-legged friends are also welcome in the Designer Outlet Roermond. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please note that there are stores and restaurants within the center that might apply a no-entry policy. ​

If your dog is thirsty, you will find a special dog fountain opposite our Timberland store and also water buckets at some of our restaurants.​

Please feel free to pick up poo-bags free of charge at Guest Services if needed.

In the meantime, while it is raining, umbrellas can be borrowed free of charge at our Guest Services nearby the Nike entrance. 

Do you need cash for your purchases? An ATM for cash withdrawal is available in the Designer Outlet Roermond. The ATM is located inside the Guest Services close to the Nike store.

For all little shoppers we offer an exciting playground, where they can play while parents can unwind with a cup of coffee at the terrace of “Starbucks” or some delicious churros from “Frankies Churros” nearby.​

The playground is accessible for children from ages 3 to 12 years old. The playground and also parts of the terrace in front are covered by a roof, that even with rain the little ones can enjoy playing. ​

Please note that the playground is not supervised, and parents are in charge of their children. Usage of this playground is always on your own risk.

Shopping is not your cardio? Store your shopping bags, suitcases, etc. in a locker to continue shopping with empty hands. The lockers are located at various places in the Designer Outlet Centre and can be booked and paid via your smartphone. Locations: Toilets at Polo Ralph Lauren and toilets at the Adidas entrance, next to Starbucks To Go. Lockers are available in different sizes and costs.

You are looking for a gift? Surprise your loved ones with a Gift Card from Designer Outlet Roermond. Our Gift Cards are valid in all stores and restaurants of the Designer Outlet Roermond and can be purchased with any value between €5,- and €150,-. The gift cards can be purchased online or at Guest Services. 

At Designer Outlet Roermond you can also find a “Quiet Room” which is available for all our guests for a moment of silence or prayers. The "Quiet Room" can be found near the centre entrance at Adidas and is located on the first floor next to the toilet facilities.

Spread over the shopping center we are offering toilet facilities at five different locations. Our toilet facilities are free of charge and offer also larger facilities for families and for disabled customers with wheelchairs. 

Shopping can sometimes also be exhausting. Therefor we are offering across the center multiple benches and seating areas where you can relax and refuel again to continue shopping. Some of the seating areas are also covered and heated.

At several locations in- and outside our center you can find center maps providing you with orientation and guidance on where to find your next store or restaurant in our center. On all physical maps you can also find a QR code for a digital version of the map that you can conveniently use on your smartphone. Refresh and re-charge yourself for free with fresh and cold water from our drink water dispensers. Our drink water dispensers are located near the fountain next to Home & Cook and next to our toilets between Jack&Jones and Montblanc. Refill your bottles and stay hydrated while enjoying your stay with us.*

Are you thirsty? For the quick shop on the go you can take advantage of vending machines for cold drinks from the Coco-Cola company. The vending machines are located on the ground floor of all staircases of our multi-storey carpark as well as in some of our toilet groups. 
Also at the toilets you can find vending machines offering sanitary supply as well as diapers for your little ones.
