Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body, sign up for free to the sports activities that will be held on Saturday 18th of May at the Serravalle Designer Outlet. You will have the opportunity to participate in the activity divided into two sessions (morning at 10.30 am and afternoon from 5.00 pm) With the EVO ACTIVE gym of COMBAT high-intensity cardio training activity suitable for everyone. The activity engages and improves both the cardiovascular system and muscle tone. It alternates phases of various martial arts techniques and real muscle conditioning activities. Lesson duration: 45/50 minutes, towel and white t-shirt no logos are required. Plus you'll benefit from an additional 20% discount on the entire ASICS range, just for you!.
