Rules of the Prize Draw "McArthurGlen Customer Questionnaire" (the Prize Draw)

By participating in the Prize Draw, you accept the terms and conditions of these rules (the Rules). Advertising documents relating to the Prize Draw, including all information on the terms of participation in the Prize Draw published in the Organizer's publications (including social networks, if applicable) or on the Organizer's websites (the Sites Internet), are also an integral part of these Rules. In the event of a conflict between the conditions mentioned in these advertising documents and these Rules, the conditions of the latter shall prevail.
Conditions of eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or over and be physically located in France at the time of their registration for the Prize Draw. Any attempt to participate in the Prize Draw outside of France will be void.
Participation is excluded for employees and staff of the Organizer, its associated companies or subsidiaries, as well as any person related to the operation or realization of the Prize Draw (including third party advertising partners) and their associated companies, affiliates or respective subsidiaries, as well as the direct parents and household members of all such employees and staff.
Participation in the Prize Draw is limited to two participations per person per Prize Draw Period (see point 5 below for the terms of application of each Prize Draw Period). Each entry must be subject to a separate visit to the Participating Center during the Prize Draw Period and a separate "McArthurGlen Client Questionnaire" registration form. Multiple entry attempts by the same person using the same "McArthurGlen Customer Questionnaire" registration form will all be declared void.
How to participate
The Prize Draw begins at 00:01am (UK time) on 01 January 2024 and closes at 23:59pm (UK time) on 31 December 2024 Any attempt to enter outside of the Prize Draw Period will be void.
The Prize Draw is offered monthly. Each month, the Prize Draw begins at 00:01 a.m. (French time) on the 5th day of that month and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that month. Any entry received between the 1st and the 4th day of the month will automatically be carried over to the next Prize Draw Period.
To validate participation in the Prize Draw, participants must complete and submit the “McArthurGlen Client Questionnaire” registration form for the Participating Center during the Prize Draw Period. Customers must complete and submit the “McArthurGlen Client Questionnaire” registration form. McArthurGlen Customer Questionnaire ”and enter the Prize Draw within 5 days of the date it was emailed to them. After the Registration Form Expiration Date, the customer will not be able to participate in the Prize Draw unless he visits the Participating Center again and receives a new “McArthurGlen Customer Questionnaire” registration form. Participants must complete all of the mandatory information on the registration form for their participation to be validated, and choose to participate in the Prize Draw after which, they must also receive a notification on their screen confirming their participation in the Prize Draw. Any uncertainty, even if a customer is able to complete, send the registration form and participate in the Prize Draw after the Expiration Date of the Registration Form, and even if a customer receives a notification on their screen confirming his participation, he will not be considered as having participated in the Prize Draw.
Entries received that are not sent through the official entry method will not be accepted. The use of scripts, macros or any automated system to participate in the Prize Draw is prohibited and registrations made (or which appear to have been made) using any of these systems may be considered void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent registration will be rejected. Participants should be aware that they may be subject to data transmission charges depending on their own internet access conditions.
Winners and prizes
There will be one winner per Prize Draw Period.
All Prize Draw winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Participating Center during the Prize Draw Period. There will be no prizes for other participants.
The winners will be selected on the 4th day following the Prize Draw Period in which they participated.
