All prizes are subject to availability and may be replaced by a similar item of the same value.

3. This prize must be claimed by 15 January 2024.
4. Only one prize will be awarded on Instagram. This prize will be awarded randomly among the participants, using the EasyPromos application which carries out a selection of those users who meet the participation requirements included in the Instagram post described in section 5 of these Terms and Conditions. In addition, the Promoter will officially announce the winning participants of the previous week every Monday (4, 11, 18, 25 December and 4 January) in the original publication of the prize draw.
5. To participate in each promotion, you just have to follow all the instructions in the Instagram posts of the Promoter's @mcarthurglenmalaga account. You will have to follow these instructions for each promotion you want to participate in. The instructions are as follows:

6. From the 1st to the 25th of December there will be one competition per day which will start at 09:00 hours (CET) and will close each day at 23:59 hours (CET).
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from any entrant.
8. The prize can only be collected in person from the Designer Outlet Malaga Customer Service office.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equal or higher value alternative if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make this necessary.
11. This promotion is not open to:

- employees of the Promoter or its holding companies or affiliates;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding companies or subsidiaries, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; and- persons who, by reason of age or residence, are not eligible to participate in accordance with these General Conditions.

12. Participants consent to the participation in publicity relating to this promotion in any media, which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
13. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, misplacement or damage to the prize once the recipient has collected it from Designer Outlet Malaga, regardless of the cause. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for purchases that are not completed for any reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, void, cancel, suspend or modify this promotion as necessary, unilaterally and without prior notice, and to remove the entry of any participant in the promotion if it detects that he/she is attempting to defraud, alter and/or disable, directly or indirectly, the smooth running and normal and lawful course of the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and/or to add subsequent annexes on the mechanics and prize, provided that they are justified or do not prejudice the participants, and are duly communicated during the course of the promotion.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors shall in no event be liable to compensate any entrant or accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of participation in the promotion except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Without limitation, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of (a) entries that are incomplete, received late, lost, invalid, tampered with in any way, misdirected, misdirected or not correctly delivered due to any cause whatsoever such as technical or other errors in the processing of entries; or (b) the temporary unavailability or interruption in the operation of the social networks through which the promotion is organised.

In the event of any divergence between the participants and the interpretation of these General Conditions, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Malaga (Spain) will be competent to hear any disputes that may arise, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to them as consumers and users.
