Inside there is an exhibition of everyday objects which can be viewed before the open-air site invites visitors to take a walk of discovery. Along the way, while walking next to barns, workshops and residential buildings or admire their rooms from the inside, you can learn a lot about the working life in rural Schleswig-Holstein in past centuries. The open-air museum also regularly hosts markets and other events.
