RAIL DAY
Making the rail industry transparent. Addressing the many aspects of modernization. Vividly show what is happening where in the rail sector and who the experts are who are creating a climate-friendly future of mobility in rail vehicle construction, infrastructure and rail operations. The nationwide "Rail Day" takes place every year in September. The initiator of these festivities is the Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV).On Friday and Saturday, 15 and 16 September, there will once again be the best insights into the railway system for the nationwide "Rail Day". With the support of the local companies and the many exhibitors, we will be doing a lot again this year. Together, the companies, organizations and universities show in a very practical way which skilled workers are needed and what the corresponding training and further education paths look like. In addition, there is a colourful railway experience programme, guided tours and lots of technical demonstrations. The fun of the little ones and the physical well-being is also taken care of.
The Exhibitor Mile is freely accessible and has a lot to offer. A free reservation system has been set up for selected highlights to avoid waiting times. Friday mornings are reserved for school classes. After that, access to exclusive insights is open to all. Remaining places will be allocated on site on both days.
