Terms and Conditions

As general Terms and Conditions for the benefits offered;

• each member of the party must scan a QR code to register in our tourism booking tool and then be given the benefits.
• The benefits are usually only given to members of the party over 18 years old.
• If requesting a Welcome letter, this can be one per party and then the party will be booked into Salesforce as a group travelling together.
• These details slightly vary by centre and can be negotiated at each centre when sending a group if you know there will be children in the party also.
