Competition Terms & Conditions

This prize draw is run by Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore St, Marylebone, London W1U 1WH. Entry into this prize draw confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet.

The prize is: hospitality tickets for two people for Wednesday 8th May at 2019 Boodles May Festival. A choice of brunch before the race or dinner post the event at the Abode Chester. Plus 1 £400 gift card for use only at Chehire Oaks Designer Outlet No alternative date or cash alternatives will be offered.  The prize is none transferable.

To enter the prize draw you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. No purchase necessary. No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given. Entry closes at midnight GMT on the 22nd April 2019. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received prior to the closing date and will be notified by email/telephone within 7 days. The prize will not be given to any other person other than the winner.

Only one competition entry per person. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash or alternative will be offered. The winner will be contacted via email or phone to arrange redemption of their prize. Travel and accommodation to and from event is the responsibility of the winner. Any tax liabilities incurred through participation in the competition are the responsibility of the winner. This competition is not open to employees or associates of Chester Racecourse or McArthurGlen Outlets. Chester Racecourse and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet & the Abode Chester reserve the right to publish the competition winner's name and home town only. The prize must be claimed within seven days of the winner being notified, otherwise the prize is forfeit and Chester Racecourse reserves the right to draw another winner.

Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or age of any winner.

Employees of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet their agents and families, suppliers and associated companies are excluded from entering.

In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet decisions shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

Nothing shall exclude Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the UK. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet reserves the right to amend the terms of this prize.
