Ashford Designer Outlet is conveniently located for easy access from the M20 motorway, off Junction 9, Junction 10, or 10a. Alternatively, the centre can be reached from the A20, A2070 and the A28.

Parking is £2.50 every four hours. Our car parks are free for guests staying up to 30 minutes, blue badge holders, and everyone after 5 pm.

*Please note that the electric vehicle charging points are situated within the Southern Car Park (near Asda). There are a total of 5 electric points, with 10 chargers. Please click the link to check current availability and prices. 

Ashford is located a convenient 15 minute walk from Ashford Town Centre and is easily accessible from the Ashford International Train Station via a signposted route. Cycle parking is available on either side of the Polo Ralph Lauren store, but we kindly ask all cyclists to dismount before entering the site. There is also a free air pump available for guests to use on the East Side of the mall near Guest Services and opposite Ted Baker. Utilising these facilities will be at the cyclist’s own risk.

We offer coach packs to all pre-booked coach parties, benefits include food and beverage vouchers, further discount offers, and additional offerings to drivers.

Enjoy our ticketless car parking system. This includes; automated number plate reading, digital space counter, and contactless payments.

Simply park your car, enjoy your day, and before leaving enter your vehicle registration into a car parking machine and pay.

Blue Badge Holders

We are pleased to offer all Blue Badge holders the option to add your vehicle registration to our ANPR database. Doing so will allow you free parking without the need to use our payment machines during your visit.

Ashford International is less than a five minute walk from Ashford Designer Outlet. You will need to exit from the international side of the rail station and follow the directional signage to the centre. 

The high-speed link from London St. Pancras takes just 38 minutes, priced from £13.70 one way when you book in advance. 

Regular services are also running from Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo, Victoria, and the South.

Customers that show a valid train ticket to Ashford International at Guest Services will receive a McArthurGlen Club day pass in their wallet, which unlocks an extra 10% off in participating brands.

Changing Places facilities are available to those who cannot use standard toilet access by providing the required space and equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist for safety and comfort.

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for free in our centre. You can hire these from our Guest Services on the day (subject to availability), or enquire in advance. ID will be required upon collection.

Run out of juice? Charge your mobile phone at one of our two new ChargeBox stations! The stations are positioned by the East and West mall toilets next to our ATMs. The ChargeBox stations are free for guests to use.
